The Best Spring Bags: A Real-life Fashion Show

It may not feel like it everywhere, but Spring is coming! Time for lightweight sweaters and jackets, non-boot footwear, a new shade of lipstick, and bright, fun Spring bags.

The fabulous women of Visible Monday are bringing out their Spring bags, and looking fresh and fab. Sometimes, it’s just a change of color – from black to rosy pink, e.g., and sometimes it’s a new fabric or print.
As always, the first tip is: carry a bag you love, and own your look. Confidence is all.
And there’s always room in my closet for a fun new bag :

Vale of Fashion And Cookies welcomes the warmer days with very cool laced jeans and this lovely pink  Lazzari bag. Her boots are amazing as well. In fact, I’d borrow this whole look in a minute:

Lisa of of The Sequinist uses texture and sparkles to welcome Spring. Her “Shine Bright” tote is from Aspire Style. Love the beret too, and the stacked bracelets.

Dawn Lucy of Fashion Should Be Fun is wearing lots of fab Spring pieces, like this embroidered blouse, fringe-hem jeans and a gorgeous Cerise leather bag by Coach. Great modern sunglasses too. Well done and Spring-y!

Debbie of of Fashion Fairy Dust (click on this link to see her whole lovely self) carried this wonderful embroidered clutch to complement her blush skirt and shoes. The clutch is from Kaneli Nomad Boutique and very nicely priced. I think I need one:

La Senora of of Sra Allnut Fashion And Stuff loves bright colors and prints, so she brought out her lovely cross-body bag by Eme. It looks wonderful with La Sra.’s vibrant dress, scarf and tights.

  2. Last year I bought a bright coral leather hobo – can’t wait to try it out! There’s still plenty of snow on the ground in Chicago, though.

    • Ack! so much snow this March. Just a few more weeks till it’s warmer though, yes? xo

  3. Thanks for featuring my post, Patti! I tried to scroll quickly past your selection of bags to shop, but I wasn’t fast enough… a few have caught my eye… xx

  4. For spring I like bags in brighter colours (or pastels) and totes with stripes go great with jeans!
My piece de resistance for Greece in June will be a new straw basket with bag charms.
