Lunch with an old friend is a treat, and I had lunch with Jenny today. Jenny and I have been friends for over twenty years. We went to graduate school together, and she went on to get her doctorate in counseling. She officiated at our wedding back in 2001. A most accomplished woman, Dr. Jenny.
Always a good choice for a lunch downtown: a colorful dress, wedge sandals, a light scarf to stay comfortable in the air conditioning, and a bright handbag. The temperature is in the mid-80’s already, so not much more is necessary. Something like this:
