What I Wore: Simple, And Full Of Feelings

It’s a style cliche but true – there’s no easier way to get dressed, than a dress. And this one is versatile, colorful, fits perfectly, washes in the machine and was made in the USA. It’s a Karina, naturally.

The one-of-a-kind necklace was created by Melanie, for the Vancouver Blogger Meetup in July. I love wearing it because 1) it looks so groovy, and 2) nobody else has one exactly like it (See Anne and Pao here, flashing their Melanie art).

The wood link belt is special to me – it was a gift from my late brother-in-law Randy, who imported heartwood accessories and guitar straps from Costa Rica. Miss you, Randy, gone way too soon.

So, lots of love in this outfit: a dress by my friend Karina, necklace from Melanie, and belt from Randy. xox
I am fascinated with black and white now, because it shows what my silver hair will look like.

Stay fabulous, and dress with love,
