It’s a beautiful day for some color. Warm and sunny and a little ocean breeze. This day calls for a summer dress (similar), picked up years ago at Molly Mutt, but still a warm-weather friend.
The dress is by Eddie Bauer (I know! I think of these when I hear the name). Empire waist dresses are not always flattering to a grown-up woman, but I like this one. The print isn’t cutesy and the cut is simple. Although I have now been well-told that legs are to be shown, I chose these capri leggings for an edgier look. The lovely brooch pendant (sim) is courtesy of JewelryTV, and the suede wedge sandals (sim) are years old, still cute.
The expensive cat toy is at the bottom left.
It’s a lovely day in the neighborhood.
