What I Wore: Learning To Dress More Casually

I don’t love this outfit, so I probably won’t repeat it. But it’s a good look for a casual day of reading, writing, and biking to the pub. It’s composed of mostly thrifted and/or vintage pieces; only the Merlot knit skirt (here) is new.

It could be kicked-up by switching the plain shoes for booties or leopard sneakers. And the skirt, while comfortable, doesn’t have much personality, so I am gifting it to the Cat Thrift. We don’t hit home runs every day, but this is a solid double.

Thrifted Casual Corner linen shirt; consignment Nine West flats and rose pendant from Citizen Rosebud.

Any suggestions from you, my fashionable friends, are welcome. This casual-every-day lifestyle is new for me.

Visible Monday is on its “off” week this week, so we can recharge, refresh, and catch up on the Oscar nominated movies. ☺ We’ll be back with another Visible Monday on Monday, January 25th (actually, the Sunday evening before)!

Linking up to Anne’s 52 Pick-Up for wearing almost-Marsala in my outfit.
