Lucky To Live By The Sea

We’re taking the weekend off from Visible Monday because we are moving house! It’s only two blocks away, and also a lovely apartment on the beach. It’s on the second floor, so I will be free to scamper around in my PJ’s without being seen.

Furniture belongs to the previous owners, but the space is ours. I’ll post pics of the master closet, big enough for two of my wardrobes : >

 

Visible Monday will be back at the usual time and place, next weekend. I look forward to seeing you, and if anyone loves to pack, the beer is free!

  2. I think you have a great idea… But I wish your models were my age (66), body shape (pear) and that you had hair style ideas for someone with really thin hair. I’d be happy to model your clothes, because I’m not dead yet either!

  8. You are the luckiest person xxx and a very generous one for sharing those beautiful pics with us Patti. When I was living in Del Mar in SoCal my place was just 3 blocks from the ocean.   11. Good luck with the move – always a challenge, but exciting! I’m so jealous of your access to the beach, and the privacy to run around in PJs (our new place is a fishbowl, so blinds are closed until we’re damn good and ready to open them). Oh, and I’m so jealous of the sunshine! Lucky you!

  25. Looks good – we live 60 minutes inland from beaches but in southern Australia. Lovely to walk on during the winter but wetsuits to swim. We are looking forward to seeing more sun – spring soon and 14C today 🙂 Have a lovely time fitting out your new abode and posting pics so we can all share. Sam

  27. Oooh. Yes, lucky duck!!! I grew up in Borneo so we had beaches nearby, as in an hour’s drive, so I was blessed to have that as part of my childhood memories 🙂 have fun, Patti!!
