I have had a fairly uneventful week, outfit-wise. I’ve worn black trousers, a black skirt, denim skirt and various neutral tops. You could say “yawn” (go ahead, I’m not offended).
But I did add some cool little touches that gave my wardrobe life:

- And oh yes, I did: I bought a pair of plastic shoes! These Crocs flats are so cute and comfortable, and yes, I promise not to wear them to work, the theater, or Fashion Week. ☺

I like scarfs but it is not easy wearing them. They slide and have a life of their own. But agreed they are an easy way to lift an outfit. As is a necklace. I own so many I lost count, I am a necklace freak.

Beautiful scarf, I have a skeleton key pendant too (a found object from when we moved into our house about a decade ago) and I recently bought a pair of brown Croc Mary Janes, so I totally do not judge!
Your skill with the 'scarf tie' is showing! It looks billowy and soft. And I agree! Who could resist the animal print plastic shoes.

Some weeks are just not picture worthy! I'm not an accessory person really–altho I like a scarf here and there!
I have a pair of plastic shoes! I should pull them out once more before the warm weather is gone for good. Mine are Melissa jelly style wedges. The DH hates them, but I like their alien weirdness.
Welcome to Team Croc 🙂 I recently bought two pairs, a similar ballet style and the duet Mary Jane style. I am not promising to not wear them anywhere lol. Love your simple touches.
