I Am A Purple, Punk, and Biker Chick

I wear mostly neutrals, with some cobalt and olive as my “colors.” Today I forge new territory in a bright purple cut-off denim vest, courtesy of the fabulous Diane Gilman. The frayed sleeves make me feel punky and biker-ish, even though I am every inch a classy broad.

To stay true to my core style, I layered it over a black GAP tee (similar) and linen skirt from Thred Up (similar). Unadorned black flats and my leaf pendant keep it simple. Electric purple is the star.

Pockets are so great for posing, right?

  23. That's ace, you look fabulous. I was just about to say that I had an identical over-dyed denim waistcoat like that in the Eighties but I'll keep my mouth shut as it drives me daft when visitors to my stall say the same thing over and over again! xxxx
