All-white is fresh and clean, and a summer classic. And there’s not just one way to wear it, as the gorgeous women of Visible Monday demonstrate.
As always, the first tip is: wear all-white if you want to, and own it. Go fitted or flowy, add a touch of color with a hat or sandals, bag or jewelry. Choose washable if possible, or stay away from coffee and red wine (cannot be done).
Always room in my closet for a cool white piece:
Suzanne of AskSuzanneBell does a casual white beach dress, with asymmetrical hem and funky fringes. Straw bag, sandals, casual jewelry, and she looks gorgeous. White makes for the ultimate beach dress:
Shelley of The FABulous Journey goes dressy-fabulous in a simple sleeveless white dress. The white belt keeps it looking dressy, and her black high heeled sandals are a fabulous dressy addition. Red lips look brilliant with a white dress, yes?:
Ms. Back-In-Style of Di-alog creates an informal white suit, with an eyelet jacket and white jeans. Her navy shell and shoes (love) and colorful purse are striking accents, and still maintain the white-suit theme:
Oby of ObyGrace wears this two-piece Boho dress beautifully. Off the shoulders and super-full, it’s eye-catching and so summer-y. I won’t show my belly, but Oby does it so well! No accessories needed with this complete, feminine look.
Samantha of Fake Fabulous pulls together some classics for her white outfit, then adds her signature accessories. All-white looks wonderful with ivory and beige, as you can see on Sam:
How do you like your all-whites?

I think your cat pulls it off the best. Cute kitty.
I love all white and think that Oby looks wonderful in her boho dress. i always feel as though I’m on holiday when I wear all white (and I usually am, because it does look best with a bit of a tan!)
Great looks Patti and thank you for including me in your post! I used to shy away from all white, but recently, while vacationing in Hawaii I decided to branch out and give it a try, and I have to say, I really liked the look. I did have to be a bit more careful at dinner with my napkin – but then again, that’s what bleach pens are for, right? I just picked up a pair of while linen pants over at the Anthro sale and can’t wait to give them a try!
Great post!

I never thought I could do all white myself until The Fab 40s proved me wrong 🙂 I love Sam’s look, it’s such an immensely flattering outfit xoxo
You and all of the women of Visible Monday are an inspiration to me. Thanks so much for including me in your post-it’s an honor!
