Not a gala ball, just a baseball game. But it’s one of our favorite
summer activities: a drive over to Tampa Bay to watch a Rays game. As
you can guess, it’s all casual, but who wants to be messy? One of the
players might catch my eye and invite us for apres-game cocktails,
n’est-ce pas?
We also stop by the fab Independent Cafe in Tampa, and drink sangria at Ceviche, so no cut-off jorts for me. But everything will be outdoors (except the game, ha – they have a covered stadium). So loose, light and easy, and presentable, is the order.
