Some dresses have earned a special place in our closets, right? The ones that always fit and flatter, are easy care, and lend themselves to all kinds of accessories and occasions.

Welcome to Visible Monday. If you want to participate, it’s so easy: just go to the bottom of this post for the how-to. Please be kind and leave a link to Not Dead Yet Style in your post.

This classic Karina Ruby dress as seen lots of action, from New York City, to the downtown pizza joint, to easy travel wear, and a “nice” dinner out with Sandy. It’s a faux wrap but with long ties that make it even more versatile. I love the full skirt and three-quarter sleeves, and well, every little thing about it.

Today I added a vibrant Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier scarf silk scarf (similar) – because why go small? Old black booties by Sofft (sim) have been re-soled, because they’re too good to let go. Bold vintage cuff from Citizen Rosebud, and I’m wearing my favorite hair by Ellen Wille, the “Wiki”.

An accidentally blurry pic that turned out arty. Love the wind-blown skirt.
